Unincorporated Businesses for Non-Lawyers

This course will provide students with an overview of the structures and laws that govern various forms of unincorporated businesses. This course is not meant to offer an in-depth study of any one area; instead, the goal of the course is to offer a comprehensive survey of many different business structures.
