Health Law Survey for Non-Lawyers

This course provides an introduction to the federal and state laws governing the modern health care industry. This course will acquaint students with the core stakeholders; consumers’ rights vis-à-vis commercial health-sector enterprises; and cutting-edge issues and trends.
