
Marley Frazier

About
Marley Frazier is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She lectures in the areas of Trial Practice, Public Defense, and Florida Criminal Procedure. She joined the University of Florida after nearly four years of public and private law practice, most recently at the Colorado Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel, an agency nationally recognized for innovation in holistic defense best practices. During her time at ADC, Marley represented indigent clients accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses at the trial, appellate, and post-conviction stages. Prior to joining ADC, Marley worked at two private civil law firms in Dallas. Before attending law school, Marley earned a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and worked for the City of San Antonio.
