Advanced Taxation of Business Entities for Non-Lawyers

This course builds on the Introduction to Business Entity Taxation course, which is a prerequisite for this course. This course will consider in greater detail a selection of tax laws and regulations that apply to the operations of corporations, “S” corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. The course will highlight the tax differences among the entities and their importance to choice of entity analysis.
