Business Immigration and Practice

Course Number: LAW 6930 Credits: 2

The U.S. Business Immigration Law and Practice classes will cover how Foreign National business persons, executives, professionals, investors, traders and companies may do business in and stay and work in the U.S. either on a temporary or permanent basis. The course will prepare students for an understanding of the U.S. Business Immigration laws, regulations, and policies and how the migration processes are impacted by international economic trends. The students will become prepared for entry into law firms or U.S. Companies who have an immediate need for their new attorney to have knowledge of U.S. Business Immigration laws and procedures.
