Introduction to Corporate Finance and Securities Regulation

This course builds upon the prerequisite Incorporated Businesses course and examines the legal and economic aspects of corporate finance, including both corporate debt and corporate equity. The course will also provide an overview of the state and federal rules that define security and that apply to the sale and distribution of securities.
