Prerequisites:

  • Corporations(LAW 6063)

This course will actively explore each potential phase of merger and/or acquisition transactions with reference to relevant case law, statutes, and the realities of practice. The analysis will commence upon the inception of a transaction and proceed through the governance and regulatory issues. Prerequisite: Corporations (prior or concurrent, or if not taken with approval of instructor)
