About

Erin Swick is a Visiting Legal Skills Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and teaches Legal Drafting. Professor Swick is also a Partner with Akerman LLP where she represents private equity firms and public and private companies in a variety of both buy and sell side business transactions. Her experience includes mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and debt and equity financings in a range of sectors.

Swick is admitted to practice in Florida, California, and the District of Columbia and will be visiting Gainesville from San Diego, California.
