Stinneford Contributes to “Interactive Constitution” Project

John Stinneford was asked by Jeffrey Rosen of the National Constitution Center to participate in a non-partisan project to create an “Interactive Constitution” for American high school students. According to Professor Rosen, “The final product will be distributed by the College Board, which now requires all SAT and AP U.S. history and government takers to study the founding documents. We believe this Interactive Constitution has the potential to transform constitutional education for students of all ages across America.” Stinneford and Bryan Stevenson of the Equal Justice Initiative were asked to contribute essays about the Eighth Amendment, which can be found here.
