Lyrissa Lidsky, the Stephen C. O’Connell Chair in Law and associate dean for graduate and non-J.D. programs at UF Law, is an expert on global cyberlaw. Among her articles in leading law journals are “How Not to Criminalize Cyberbullying,” and “Public Forum 2.1: Public Higher Education Institutions and Social Media.”
Jon Mills, director of the Center for Governmental Responsibility and UF Law dean emeritus, is an expert on cybersecurity and former Democratic Florida House Speaker. His current book is “Privacy in the New Media Age” (University Press of Florida 2015). His chapter “Privacy in the Surveillance Era” was featured in the book “After Snowden” (St. Martin’s Press 2015).
