UF Law welcomes Boxer Family Professor of Law Vicki Been, who is the director of the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University School of Law for the fifth annual Wolf Family Lecture in the American Law of Real Property. Been will discuss “Who Controls Land Use Regulation: The Urban Growth Machine versus Homevoters.”
