U.S. Court of International Trade judge to speak at UF Law

Senior federal judge for the United States Court of International Trade will deliver the lecture, “X-men and Charming Betsy at the U.S. Court of International Trade: Otherworldly creatures and international law as part of U.S. law.”

Additionally, Barzilay will be delivering a lecture on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. on “Environmental Protection at the U.S. Court of International Trade: Walking the tightrope between protecting our environment and complying with our international agreements,” HOL 382.
