National Jurist Declares UF Law a “Best Value”

By the time many law school students finish purchasing textbooks, paying tuition and taking care of fees, the strip on their credit card is likely wearing thin and their bill includes a few too many zeros.

Here at UF Law, we are lessening the financial burden higher education can bring so our grads can spend more time focusing on passing exams.

Our commitment to our students hasn’t gone unnoticed. The National Jurist recently released its 2016 Best Value Law Schools ranking, placing UF Law as the number one most affordable law school in Florida and the third most affordable in the country. UF Law’s 87 percent employment rate, high bar passage rate, low cost of living and average debt are other big factors influencing its placement towards the top of the heap.

“In our annual ranking of Best Value Law Schools, there remains a clear field of consistent leaders – schools that not only keep debt low but also score high in employment success, which are two of the key factors we use to determine Best Value,” writes Mike Stetz in the Fall 2016 edition of preLaw, a National Jurist publication.
