Lea Johnston and Conor Flynn (JD 18) presented their co-authored article, “Beyond the Binary: Reconsidering the Intersection of Criminalization and Criminality Theories for Offenders with Mental Illnesses,” at Pennsylvania State University School of Law’s Criminal Justice Reform Conference in University Park, Pennsylvania.
